squash!

Tonight we tried acorn squash. Yummy! I first sliced the squash in half, placed it skin side up in a  baking dish with about 3/4 inch of water for about 45 minutes. Once it was soft, I placed it in the Beaba and pureed away! It came out so smooth by adding some additional water.

How did he like it? He was pretty indifferent about it! So the photos were less than exciting. :)
